FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How many people are in an Immersion? Private Partner Community cohorts are generally limited to 15 paid participants, plus an eligible Community Partner Host. Shared Immersions may include participants from several aligned Partner communities while maintaining a manageable small-group environment.
What happens if more than 15 people from our community want to join? The 15-person limit protects the experience of an individual cohort — it does not mean additional interested participants must be turned away. Additional participants may be offered another available cohort or appropriate ENCOMPASS Immersion opportunity based on capacity.
What if our community doesn’t reach 12 participants? Your enrollment and your full ENCOMPASS experience remain protected. Smaller Partner communities may be combined with other aligned ENCOMPASS participants to create a Shared Immersion. You will still receive your Personalized LifePath Guide, complete Self-Study Experience, and all six weeks of live ENCOMPASS facilitation. The only difference is that your live group may include participants from more than one ENCOMPASS community.
Is the LifePath Guide required? It is included in the complete Founding Immersion Bundle because it provides a valuable personalized reference point throughout the six weeks. You do not need to purchase it separately.
Is the Self-Study Experience included? Yes. The complete $397 ENCOMPASS Self-Study Experience is included with your Founding Immersion Bundle.
Can I purchase the Self-Study Experience without joining an Immersion? Yes. The LifePath Guide and Self-Study Experience remain available separately for people who prefer an independent ENCOMPASS experience.
What if I have already purchased the LifePath or Self-Study Experience? Eligible previous purchases may be credited toward your Founding Immersion Bundle. Contact EYS before making a duplicate purchase so the appropriate upgrade amount can be arranged.
Do I have to share personal information with the group? No one should feel pressured to share anything they prefer to keep private. ENCOMPASS encourages reflection and participation while respecting individual boundaries.
What if I miss a live session? ENCOMPASS is designed as a live, participatory experience, so participants should plan to attend as many sessions as possible. Supplemental materials and any replay availability will be communicated according to the individual cohort. Because personal sharing may occur during live sessions, replay access should not be assumed.
Is ENCOMPASS therapy or mental-health treatment? No. The ENCOMPASS Method is a personal-development and educational experience and is not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric or other licensed healthcare treatment.
