A NON-CLINICAL WORKPLACE & INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT FRAMEWORK

THE RESET POINT

Recognize the Pattern. Change the Direction. Build What Comes Next.

Reset Point is a structured, non-clinical support framework for individuals and workplaces navigating the space before, during, and after a significant personal or substance-related disruption.

Through individualized application, practical tools, accountability, education, and reintegration support, Reset Point helps people recognize patterns, prepare for difficult moments, strengthen personal responsibility, and move forward with greater awareness and confidence.

PREVENTION • INTERVENTION • REINTEGRATION

Schedule a Complimentary Conversation

One Program. Three Pathways.

Not everyone arrives at a reset point the same way.

Some people recognize the warning signs before a serious consequence occurs. Others come after something has already disrupted their work, relationships, reputation, or sense of self. And others have completed treatment, education, or another intervention — but still need help making those changes work in everyday life.

Reset Point meets you where you are.

01 — PREVENTION

Before the Breaking Point

You have noticed a pattern — or someone who cares about you has.

Stress, concerning choices, changes in substance use, unhealthy coping, workplace conflict, missed responsibilities, broken promises, or repeated close calls... may be telling you that something needs attention.

Reset Point helps you identify the pattern before the consequences make the decision for you.

Best for: early warning signs • risky patterns • stress-related choices • repeated close calls • accountability

02 — INTERVENTION

When Something Has Already Happened

A DUI. A failed or positive workplace test. A disciplinary incident. A professional consequence. A serious mistake that suddenly made the pattern impossible to ignore.

This pathway provides structured support while you stabilize, understand what happened, take responsibility, build better decision-making tools, and determine your next steps.

The event matters. But what happens next matters too.

Best for: DUI • failed test • workplace incident • licensing/professional consequence • major behavioral disruption

03 — REINTEGRATION

When It's Time to Move Forward

Completing a requirement, treatment program, leave of absence, or educational process doesn't automatically make everyday life easier.

Returning to work often means returning to the same stressors, relationships, routines, triggers, expectations, and decisions that existed before.

Reset Point helps you turn what you've learned into daily behavior you can actually sustain.

Best for: return-to-work • rebuilding trust • maintaining change • routines • accountability • long-term stability

Different starting points.

The same goal: greater awareness, better choices, and a more sustainable way forward.

Helping create the confidence, when thoughts like:
“What will I do if I'm in a similar situation again?”

You Don't Have to Hit Bottom to Decide Something Needs to Change.

Sometimes the warning is a DUI or failed workplace test.

Sometimes it's a conversation with your manager.

Sometimes it's another promise you didn't keep.

A relationship becoming strained.

A close call.

Work beginning to suffer.

Or the quiet realization:

“I don't want to keep doing this.”

Change doesn't have to begin with catastrophe.

Sometimes your Reset Point begins with awareness.

And if the crisis has already happened, you don't have to stay defined by it.

The work is the same: understand the pattern, take responsibility for what you can control, develop new tools, and decide who you want to be moving forward.

The Event Isn't Usually the Whole Story

A difficult decision or recurring pattern often has a context that began before the moment the consequence occurred.

There are often patterns underneath it — stress, emotional triggers, beliefs, environments, relationships, routines, impulses, avoidance, or ways of coping that have become automatic.

Awareness is not an excuse for behavior. It is where responsibility becomes useful. When you understand where the pattern begins, you have more opportunity to change where it ends.

How the Reset Point Works

01

AWARENESS

Recognize What's Happening

Begin by identifying what happened—or what is beginning to happen—and the circumstances, patterns, responsibilities and outside requirements surrounding it.

02

UNDERSTANDING

Understand the Pattern

Explore the thoughts, circumstances, environments, pressures, relationships and choices that may be contributing to the situation.

03

PRACTICE

Build Practical Responses

Develop and practice alternative responses, decision-making tools, communication strategies and preparation for difficult real-world situations.

04

ACCOUNTABILITY

Turn Insight Into Action

Use structured conversations, guided exercises, check-ins and personal commitments to begin applying what you're learning in everyday life.

05

REINTEGRATION

Prepare for What Comes Next

Create a practical Reset Plan for recognizing warning signs, using support resources, navigating challenging circumstances and moving forward with greater awareness and confidence.

AWARENESS → UNDERSTANDING → PRACTICE → ACCOUNTABILITY → REINTEGRATION

Optional ongoing check-ins are available for clients who want continued accountability after the 16 sessions.

What You Can Expect to Build

Not guaranteed outcomes — capabilities:

Personal Accountability

A Prevention & Support Plan

Greater Reintegration Readiness

Prepare for the return of everyday work, relationships, routines, responsibilities, stressors and challenging circumstances with practical tools and a clearer plan.

Why work with me?

I'm Jennifer Dazley, M.Msc., founder of Empowered You Solutions and creator of the ENCOMPASS Method™. My background spans more than a decade of coaching and more than 20 years across healthcare, business development, education, entrepreneurship, and high-stakes one-to-one client work.

I specialize in helping people who may appear capable and high-functioning on the outside while privately carrying patterns, pressure, uncertainty, or behaviors that are beginning to affect their work, relationships, confidence, or future.

My approach combines:

  • Pattern recognition and guided self-reflection

  • Personal accountability without shame

  • Practical decision-making and prevention planning

  • Identity, values, purpose, and self-awareness

  • Structured follow-through so insight becomes action

My metaphysical background also informs my work with identity, meaning, inner awareness, and what I often call the Higher Self. Spiritual language is never required. We use the language and framework that is most useful to the individual.

I believe a difficult moment can become either a lifelong identity — or a Reset Point from which something different begins.

What Clients Have Said

J. Tuttle, Houston, TX

"Jennifer is amazing! I have struggled with trying to put the pieces together for so long. With her help I am now living a life beyond my wildest dreams!"

John G., Morgan, UT

Have you ever thought things were just impossible to get through and you had no one to help you?

I felt this way before I met Jennifer Dazley.   I explained to her exactly what I was trying to accomplish and asked if she could help and she replied without hesitation that she could. From that point on, I felt relief from the pressure I was having. Once the initial interview was completed and we had our agreement settled we proceeded.

Every session I had was insightful and informative for each of us.  After just a few sessions I felt myself opening up and feeling extremely comfortable and much more confident of success.

Jennifer is a confident, well educated, honest and a pleasant woman who can help anyone.   She knows how to make people feel comfortable.   She was an inspiration to me and I'm very thankful for her understanding.

I would highly recommend Jennifer Dazley for any issues you may be experiencing.

Tony D. Carlsbad, CA

I have taken other courses recommended by my SAP, but they didn't teach me the skills to navigate my triggers like Jennifer did. For the first time in over 10 yrs, I finally feel like I'm in control of my life and will be able to handle triggers that push me down a path of making bad choices. Thank you Jennifer for your extra time and big heart! I miss not seeing you! ❤ -  Big Tony, Carlsbad, CA

FAQ

Q. Is Reset Point therapy or substance-use treatment?
A. No. Reset Point is a structured, non-clinical coaching and personal-development program. It does not diagnose or treat substance-use disorders and does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, addiction treatment, EAP services, SAP requirements, or other professional services you may need.

Q. Can Reset Point satisfy an employer, court, SAP, or licensing requirement?
A. Reset Point should never be assumed to satisfy a formal requirement. The employer, court, SAP, licensing authority, or other responsible professional determines what is accepted. Reset Point may be used as complementary coaching and accountability support when appropriate.

Q. Can my employer sponsor the program?
A. Yes. Employers may sponsor Reset Point for an employee when appropriate. Clear confidentiality boundaries are established before coaching begins.

Q. What information does an employer or referring professional receive?
A. Unless otherwise required by law or specifically authorized in writing, private coaching conversations remain confidential. When appropriate, I can document participation, attendance, or program completion without disclosing private session content.

Q. Do I have to consider myself spiritual?
A. No. Reset Point can be approached entirely through self-awareness, values, behavior, accountability, decision-making, and personal growth. Spiritual or Higher Self language is available for clients who find it meaningful, but it is never required.

Q. How long does Reset Point take?
A. Reset Point is structured as a time-limited, individualized process. The appropriate format and cadence depend on the participant's circumstances, goals, existing requirements and whether support is being provided independently, through a referral, or as part of an employer engagement. The initial conversation helps determine whether Reset Point is appropriate and what the engagement should look like.

Your Reset Point Can Begin Before, During, or After the Crisis.

You don't have to wait until something gets worse.

And if something has already happened, you don't have to stay defined by it.

Whether you're recognizing an early pattern, responding to a serious consequence, or rebuilding what comes next, the first step is simply deciding that the current pattern does not have to remain the permanent one.
