What Is the 16-Session Higher Self Reset?
The 16-Session Higher Self Reset is a 16-session, 21-day counseling and coaching program designed for people navigating the aftermath of a DUI, failed test, or other substance-related violation.
Instead of a generic class or once-a-week therapy, you get:

Near-daily 1:1 sessions over 3 weeks (with group options available, to expedite time & flexibility)

A guided workbook you complete between sessions (15–30 minutes a day)
-
A focus on both inner work (thoughts, emotions, values, identity) and outer behavior (decisions, habits, prevention plan)

The option for ongoing check-ins after the 16 sessions, so you’re not dropped the moment it’s over

Know you’re not alone going forward
If you choose, you can continue with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins and open-hours support so you’re not suddenly on your own.

You can work solely one-on-one or, if it fits your needs and requirements, add group coaching for extra perspective and support. We shape the format around you, not the other way around.
5. Accelerated Growth with Space to Integrate

change—and enough time to integrate it. Each day builds on the last: insight → practice → feedback → adjustment.
6. Long-Term Guidance (If You Want It)
You’re not dropped when the 16 sessions end. Based on what you need, you can access weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins and open-hours text support so you feel someone is still in your corner as you navigate real-life stress.

HOW THE 16-SESSION RESET WORKS
Step 1 – Free Consult (20–30 Minutes)
We meet by phone or video to briefly review what happened, where you are in the process, and what you need. I’ll tell you honestly if I believe this program can help—and if not, I’ll say so.
Step 2 – Intake & Plan
If we move forward, we complete a simple intake and set your schedule for the 16 sessions (usually across 3 weeks). We also clarify any SAP/employer/court requirements you’re working under.
Step 3 – 16 Daily (or Near-Daily) Sessions + Workbook
You’ll:

Meet with me 1:1 for 60 minutes per session
-
Use the 16-Session Higher Self Reset Workbook to do short daily practices and reflections
-
Work on specific skills like recognizing triggers, using pause techniques, grounding your emotions, and rewriting your personal story
Step 4 – Prevention Plan & Integration
By the final sessions, we’ll complete a written prevention/risk-management plan tailored to you and your real-life stressors. We make sure you know how to use it day-to-day.
Step 5 – Optional Ongoing Check-Ins
If helpful, you can continue with weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly check-ins and open-hours text support so you don’t feel cut loose the moment the program ends.

A. No. This program is educational and therapeutic in nature but does not replace legal counsel, medical care, or any higher level of treatment you may require.
Q. Can you guarantee I’ll get my license or job back?
A. No one can guarantee specific legal or employment outcomes. What we can do is help you understand what led to this, build real tools for change, and show consistent effort and progress.
Q. Will this work with my SAP / doctor’s recommendations?
A. In many cases, yes. I’m happy to coordinate with your SAP, doctor, or other providers, and I can provide documentation of your participation and progress, within the limits of confidentiality.
Q. Do I have to be “spiritual”?
A. No. We’ll work with whatever language fits you. When I say “higher self,” I mean the part of you that wants safety, integrity, and long-term wellbeing. You can interpret that spiritually, psychologically, or both.
